Job Summary
Salesperson to drive business development in the light industrial staffing space. Build and nurture client relationships, identify new business opportunities, cold-call and network to schedule meetings, and collaborate with the recruiting team to fulfill client orders. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, presenting tailored workforce solutions, and occasionally assisting with recruiting duties such as sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for light industrial positions. Requires travel throughout the Rio Grande Valley; strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, plus the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a go-getter attitude with a focus on sales and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in staffing, recruiting, or a related field is preferred.
