Job Summary
Provide individualized pediatric nursing care in patients' homes, including children with complex medical needs. Support families and clinical teams to ensure high-quality, one-on-one care, including specialized duties such as G-tube, trach, and ventilator care. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families while delivering care in the child’s home. Flexible scheduling with day, night, weekday, and weekend shifts. Opportunities for Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions across NW Florida, with paid training, ongoing clinical support, and pathways for growth. 1:1 nurse-to-patient care in a home setting, emphasis on compassionate, family-centered care, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida RN or LPN license
- Pediatric or home care experience preferred (training available)
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Compassionate, reliable, professional
- CPR required
