Conduct in-person interviews and phone screenings, match qualified candidates with appropriate job orders, manage candidate experience through hiring and onboarding, and build positive relationships with candidates and clients. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish), capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and proficient with communication across platforms. Prior experience with ATS and social media recruiting tools is a plus; knowledge of the light industrial sector is a plus but not required.
