Job Summary
Recruiter for a staffing company focusing on light industrial roles in the Charleston, SC area. Responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates, with a bilingual English/Spanish requirement. Conducts in-person interviews and phone screenings, engages candidates across phone, text, email, and social platforms, and manages candidate experience from outreach to onboarding. Works with clients to understand staffing needs, builds relationships, maintains documentation in an ATS, and ensures effective multi-channel communication. Requires independence and teamwork, strong organizational and communication skills, and comfort engaging with people from diverse backgrounds. Proficiency with ATS and social media recruiting tools is a plus; knowledge of the light industrial sector is helpful but not required. Must be able to commute to client sites in the Charleston area and participate in a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, text, and social media
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds
- Professional demeanor when interacting with both candidates and clients
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools is a plus
- Knowledge of the light industrial sector is a plus but not required
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to commute to client sites and recruit within the Charleston area, if necessary
