Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients’ homes or community-based locations, implementing skill-building and care plans under ongoing clinical supervision. Record session data using electronic devices, foster a positive learning environment, and engage families as part of the care team. Role supports part-time schedules with paid training and opportunities for internship/fellowship to accumulate hours. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, are willing to learn, and demonstrate patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor. RBT certification is required before working. Training is provided. Positions start part-time with a six-month commitment to make a meaningful difference for children with autism. Ideal experience areas include education, childcare, youth mentorship, teaching assistant roles, after-school or camp programs, behavioral health, and related fields.
