Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Collaborate as part of a clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans, and record session data using electronic devices. Work in clients' homes or community-based locations with a flexible, part-time schedule, including paid training and opportunities for professional advancement; no minimum case requirements and potential internship/fellowship opportunities to accumulate hours. Minimum qualification includes a high school diploma or equivalent and RBT certification prior to working, with a strong emphasis on compassion, patience, and a calm demeanor. Opportunities for growth, referral bonuses, and commitment to making a difference for children with Autism are highlighted.
