Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) in Hawaii needed for in-home and community-based therapy in Honolulu. Full-time or part-time roles with compensation options of $75 per visit or $90,000–$110,000 annually based on caseload. Deliver PT/OT services in clients' homes, perform initial and follow-up assessments including fall-risk evaluations, monitor client progress, and represent the organization at community events and wellness expos. Requires Hawaii licensure, 1+ year of clinical or home health experience, strong communication and documentation skills, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. In-person remote option; flexible scheduling with per-diem opportunities.
