Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring customer purchases and returns, process merchandise for the sales floor, and initiate store recovery as needed throughout the day. Support store shrink reduction goals, participate in safety awareness, and uphold merchandising philosophy while following established procedures. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. This part-time role at a Marshalls location in Easton, PA, requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects.
