Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately ringing purchases, processing returns, and counting change. Support store recovery, participate in shrink reduction goals, and uphold merchandising procedures to ensure the sales floor is stocked and organized. Maintain a safe environment and accept constructive feedback as needed. This part-time role at the Newport, TN Marshalls location offers a starting pay of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
