Maintain a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care; operate the scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass/windows; comply with operational, merchandize, and loss-prevention standards; cross-train to support multiple store areas; uphold customer experience practices and store culture; maintain floor cleanliness and safety standards; follow Health and Safety policies; adapt to coverage needs and assist in Front End, Back Room, Sales Floor, and Restrooms as needed.
