Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Engage with all customers to maintain a clean, organized backroom and ensure associates complete tasks according to the store plan. Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary. Organize back stock rotation, maintain signage standards, and ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs. Communicate priorities with management and coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient goods flow. This part-time role requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
