Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, accurately ring purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to procedures, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Role models customer experience practices with internal and external customers, supports a positive store culture, promotes credit and loyalty programs, and adheres to labor laws and store procedures. Accurately processes merchandise for the sales floor, participates in store recovery, maintains store cleanliness, and participates in safety and shrink-reduction initiatives. All duties performed in alignment with company standards and policies; interacts with peers and supervisors to ensure smooth store operations.
