Cross-training in multiple areas to support store needs; execute accurate cash handling and transactions; participate in merchandising procedures, store recovery, and loss-prevention efforts; support safety standards; contribute to a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect; provide feedback and recognize colleagues; adapt to changes and assist with stocking, shelving, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor.
