Job Summary
Maintain thorough workflows in various departments at the Jackson, TN distribution facility by safely lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Perform a full range of physical movements, including bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling, and climbing, while remaining standing and active for the duration of scheduled shifts. Work alongside employees to accomplish daily goals in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety and productivity standards. Order Selector or forklift experience is a plus. Full-time roles run Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, with part-time shifts available Monday through Wednesday.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Ability to meet workplace demands
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of employees
- Ability to work alongside employees and accomplish daily goals
- Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
- Ability to remain standing and active for the duration of scheduled shifts
- Comfortable performing a full range of physical movements, including bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling, and climbing
- Capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety and productivity standards
