Leasing Manager leads leasing operations and occupancy growth, mentors leasing staff, and partners with Property Management leadership to drive community success. Responsibilities include supporting marketing and resident retention, assisting with Tax Credit compliance and leasing documentation, delivering exceptional customer service to residents and prospects, training staff, and coordinating community events to foster resident engagement within a Camp Verde, AZ property.
Required Qualifications
- Previous leasing experience required
- Tax Credit / LIHTC experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Yardi or property management software experience preferred
