Job Summary
Assist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene while supporting activities of daily living as outlined in the care plan. Provide medication reminders, assist with ambulation and mobility, and accompany clients to appointments or on walks. Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and offer companionship through meaningful activities. This role serves adult, elderly, and pediatric clients across Westchester County and New York City. NY State HHA or PCA certification is required, along with recent physical and immunization records. Flexible full-time, part-time, live-in, and weekend schedules are available with competitive weekly pay and benefits including 401(k) and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- NY State HHA or PCA certification required
- Passion for caring for adult, elderly, or pediatric clients
- Strong communication skills
- English proficiency
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Physical, Quantiferon or 2 PPDs within one year
- MMR titers
