Oversee front-of-store operations and lead a team of Associates to deliver an excellent customer experience at TJX Marshalls locations. Responsibilities include ensuring courteous service, promoting loyalty programs, training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles, assigning registers and managing POS coverage, addressing customer concerns, enforcing store plans, communicating priorities to management and staff, supporting shrink-reduction goals, and maintaining store safety and compliance with labor laws. The role requires strong merchandising knowledge, multitasking ability, and effective teamwork with peers and supervisors; candidates should be prepared to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
