Job Summary
Provide in-home dialysis support and setup for patients using Tablo/NxStage or equivalent machines; ensure patient environment is safe and prepared for treatment; monitor patient wellbeing and assist with light activities of daily living (ADLs); maintain communication with clinic nurses and care coordinators; document concerns or changes observed during support hours; work with patients matched by skill fit and receive support from a clinical team; offered training and placement assistance; consistent weekly hours at $29/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting dialysis patients (home or clinical setting)
- Preferred: Familiarity with home dialysis machines
- Strong interpersonal communication
- Reliable, empathetic, and detail-oriented
- Must pass background check and vetting via Herewith platform
