Job Summary
Provide personalized, one-on-one care for clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, or cognitive impairments in their homes. Deliver cognitive and behavioral support through gentle reminders and redirection, assist with personal care including dressing, grooming, and meals, and maintain home safety via basic cleaning and organizing. Manage transportation duties by driving clients to appointments and running errands while offering companionship through conversation and tailored activities. Requires at least one year of caregiving experience, valid CNA/PCA/HHA certification, a driver's license with an insured vehicle, and TB clearance. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with a $300 sign-on bonus, flexible schedules, and weekly pay options.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Nursing Assistant (NA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification
- Valid driver's license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
- TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
- Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the US
