Job Summary
Provide personalized, 1:1 care for clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, or cognitive impairments in their homes. Deliver cognitive and behavioral support through gentle reminders and redirection, while assisting with personal care tasks like dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals. Maintain home safety by handling basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing, and drive clients to appointments or run errands. Offer companionship via conversation, music, and memory games tailored to specific needs. Requires at least one year of professional caregiving experience, a valid CNA/NA/HHA/PCA certification, and a fully insured vehicle. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with a $300 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Nursing Assistant (NA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification
- Valid driver's license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
- TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
- Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the US
