Job Summary
Provide 1:1 cognitive and behavioral support for seniors with Alzheimer's or dementia, including gentle reminders, redirection, and structure. Assist with personal care tasks like dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals while maintaining home safety through basic cleaning and laundry. Drive clients to appointments, run errands, and shop for groceries. Offer companionship through conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to cognitive needs. Weekend availability is required for all shifts, with full-time and part-time options available. Starting pay is $15.50 per hour plus a $300 sign-on bonus. Certification as a CNA, NA, HHA, or PCA is required, along with a valid driver's license and vehicle access.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Nursing Assistant (NA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a fully insured personal vehicle
- TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Weekend availability
