Install, repair and hook up ship electrical services on vessels; troubleshoot shipboard electrical systems and equipment (600 V and less) and interpret relevant drawings, specifications, and manuals. Must comply with OSHA standards and shipyard safety practices; perform testing and reporting of electrical installations; read and interpret blueprints/diagrams and Navy standards; perform Lock-out Tag-out and maintain safe working conditions in a varied shipyard environment; 2nd shift, 40 hours per week; physically capable of PPE and working in confinement/at heights as required.
