Job Summary
Direct Support Professionals provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community and residential settings. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), supporting community integration and participation, implementing individualized support plans, maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes, ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of individuals served, helping with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping as needed. Two openings are available: Community Participation Support (CPS) during Monday–Friday daytime hours and an Overnight DSP shift; both placements are located in Philadelphia, PA. Required Qualifications
- Previous Direct Support Professional (DSP) experience is required
- Valid Driver's License is required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass all required background checks and pre-employment screenings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
