Job Summary
Provide in-home dialysis support for patients, including setting up dialysis machines (e.g., Tablo, NxStage), ensuring patient safety, assisting with ADLs, offering companionship, monitoring patient wellbeing, and maintaining clear communication with clinic nurses and care coordinators. Duties include patient setup, safety monitoring, documenting concerns during support hours, and working with a clinical team to ensure adherence to care plans. Training is provided; position offers consistent weekly hours and independent work with team support.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting dialysis patients (home or clinical setting)
- Familiarity with home dialysis machines (preferred)
- Must pass background check and vetting via Herewith platform

- Strong interpersonal communication
- Must be dependable
