Job Summary
In-Home Dialysis Technician/Care Partner needed to support patients undergoing home dialysis. Responsibilities include assisting with patient setup for dialysis machines (Tablo, NxStage or equivalent), providing companionship, monitoring safety, and helping with light activities of daily living. Maintain communication with clinic nurses and care coordinators, and document any concerns or changes observed during support hours. Qualifications include at least 1 year of dialysis patient experience (home or clinical), familiarity with home dialysis machines preferred, and attributes such as reliability, empathy, strong interpersonal communication, and dependability. Background check/vetting via Herewith platform required. You'll work with a clinical team, receive training, and have consistent weekly hours with compensation described as hourly pay plus placement support.
