Deliver individualized instruction and implement behavioral supports for elementary students in resource and inclusive classroom settings. Utilize assessment data to guide instruction and track student progress while developing, implementing, and maintaining IEPs in accordance with North Carolina and federal regulations. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, evaluations, and collaborative planning efforts to ensure consistent, high-quality services that promote academic and social-emotional growth. Partner with general education teachers, families, and support staff to promote inclusive classroom practices and student success. Provide specialized instruction through one-on-one and small-group settings. Interviews are being scheduled now for qualified candidates holding a valid North Carolina Special Education teaching license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
