Job Summary
Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care while helping with walking, transfers, and mobility. Provide medication reminders, prepare meals meeting dietary needs, and encourage proper nutrition and hydration. Offer companionship through meaningful conversation and accompany clients to appointments and community outings when needed. Shifts range from 4 to 8 hours with flexible scheduling, and PPE is provided. Consistent client assignments are available for those who are caring, reliable, and enjoy making a difference in people's lives.
Required Qualifications
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to follow care plans and work effectively as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
