Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfactory customer experience by engaging with customers, ringing purchases/returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and maintaining a clean, organized store. May cross-train across store areas to support business needs; participate in store recovery, safety, and adherence to operating procedures; contribute to shrink-reduction efforts and provide feedback to improve store operations. Must be able to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation, adapt to a flexible schedule, and work well with peers and supervisors.
