Job Summary
Conduct front-of-house guest service, cashier duties, and food runner operations while managing kitchen prep, cooking, and dishwashing tasks. Perform cash handling, POS system transactions, and order taking with strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Maintain cleanliness and support kitchen leadership under the kitchen manager or chef. Work flexible part-time or full-time shifts with an on-call rotation, earning an average rate of $17 per hour including tips. Join a new Davidson, NC location dedicated to hospitality-driven culture and internal promotion paths.
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience
- A true "people person" providing exceptional and gracious service
- Experience working with a Point of Sale system
- Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Competency in counting money and processing payments
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently even in a stressful situation
- A genuine commitment to excellence and success
Desired Qualifications
- Prior restaurant or customer service experience is a plus — but not required, we'll train the right people
