Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery needs throughout the day and uphold merchandising procedures to ensure the sales floor is stocked and organized. Participate in safety awareness initiatives and shrink reduction programs. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
