Job Summary
Provide anesthesia services for GI endoscopy procedures in a modern outpatient center, including pre-procedure evaluations, intra-procedural sedation/monitoring, and post-procedure recovery coordination. Autonomy-driven, procedure-focused, and collaborative culture with emphasis on clinical efficiency and patient experience. Schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday with no call, nights, weekends, or holidays. Requires current CRNA license and Florida credentialing; GI/endoscopy experience is preferred but not required. Relocation assistance available. Sign-on bonus and annual bonus opportunities; CME allowance; PTO accrual (5–8 weeks depending on tenure); comprehensive benefits including malpractice coverage, health/dental/vision, 401(k) eligibility after 1 year, and tail coverage. Transport/travel and visa considerations: Visa candidates not considered; relocation support offered for eligible locations.
Required Qualifications
- Current CRNA license
- Must meet credentialing requirements in Florida
- GI/Endoscopy experience preferred but not required
- Base Salary: 185k-195k in Boynton, FL; 325k in Bishop, TX
- Minimum Education - Master's Degree
