Job Summary
Novated Leasing Consultant responsible for owning end-to-end sales with a high-volume pipeline, providing novated lease quotes, guiding customers through finance applications, and driving conversions. You will manage outbound engagement, handle objections, build strong client relationships, and maintain updates in the CRM while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities. The role requires proven B2C sales experience, ability to manage multiple customers, and strong communication and organizational skills to deliver excellent customer outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2C sales roles with a strong focus on targets and conversion
- Experience managing a busy, multi-customer pipeline
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environment (e.g. contact centre, phone-based sales)
- Strong objection handling and ability to engage customers in sales conversations
- Highly organised with strong pipeline, follow-up and CRM discipline
- Confident communicator who can simplify complex information for customers
- Self-motivated, proactive and driven to achieve results
- Experience in novated leasing, automotive, or financial services is preferable
