Job Summary
Novated Leasing Consultant responsible for managing a high-volume sales pipeline from enquiry to settlement, delivering novated lease quotes, guiding customers through finance applications, and driving conversions. Will own the end-to-end sales process, handle outbound engagements and objections, build strong customer relationships, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities while maintaining accurate CRM updates.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2C sales with a strong focus on targets and conversion
- Experience managing a busy, multi-customer pipeline in a high-volume environment
- Experience in fast-paced, phone-based sales or contact centre environments
- Strong objection-handling and ability to engage customers in sales conversations
- Experience in novated leasing, automotive, or financial services preferred
- Highly organized with CRM discipline and follow-up
- Must have unlimited Australian work rights and be willing to complete background checks (police clearance) prior to confirmation of employment
