Job Summary
Marketing Coordinator supports Notre Dame Prep's mission by developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that promotes school programs and enhances stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include creating copy, photography, graphics, video, and other content for promoting programs; managing the school's social media; writing and designing content for major publications and newsletters; managing the website with SEO considerations; collaborating with faculty, coaches, administration, and staff to tell the ND story; ensuring consistent branding and messaging; developing strategies to increase brand awareness; analyzing campaign results and reporting to leadership; providing responsive engagement with stakeholders; and contributing to school events. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of marketing/communications experience; proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud apps and web content management; strong organizational skills; and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Regular evening and occasional weekend hours are expected for events, with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, preferably in an educational or nonprofit setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, as well as web content management.
