Job Summary
Lead the shift alongside the Assistant Bakery Manager and Bakery Manager to create high-quality cakes, a welcoming environment, and superior guest experiences. Collaborate with management to drive sales and profitability while ensuring all bakery operations comply with Nothing Bundt Cakes standards. Direct team members, train new hires, and coach others to achieve productivity goals. Maintain flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on changing business demands.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in a retail, restaurant or food service environment
- Experience in a lead role with progressive managerial responsibilities
- Demonstrated success creating a superior guest experience
- Ability to coach others
- Ability to train new team members
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Ability to achieve productivity goals
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Comfort in learning new technologies
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Ability to work early mornings
- Ability to work evenings
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work holidays
