Job Summary
Lead the bakery team alongside management to create high-quality cakes, maintain a welcoming environment, and ensure all operations comply with brand standards. Drive sales and profitability while coaching staff on guest experience, training new members, and directing work to achieve productivity goals. Collaborate with the Assistant Bakery Manager and Bakery Manager to execute day-to-day responsibilities and reinforce core company values. Requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in a retail, restaurant or food service environment
- Experience in a lead role with progressive managerial responsibilities
- Demonstrated success creating a superior guest experience
- Experience coaching others
- Experience training new team members
- Experience directing the work of others
- Experience achieving productivity goals
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Comfort in learning new technologies
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Ability to work early mornings
- Ability to work evenings
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work holidays
