Nothing Bundt Cakes Assistant Baker & Utility

Assistant Baker & Utility role supporting the bakery operations. Responsibilities include assisting the baker with preparing raw ingredients and equipment, placing cake pans in the oven and monitoring baking, cooling, packaging, labeling, and storing cakes per standards; managing cake rotation and logs for baking, refrigeration, and wastage; assisting with inventory and organization of the chiller; washing and sanitizing pans, dishes, utensils, and tools; monitoring water sanitization levels for health compliance; cleaning duties including floors, drains, bathrooms, and workstations; restocking supplies and inventories; opening/closing checklists for shift; adhering to health and safety guidelines and dress code; maintaining attendance; and demonstrating teamwork, initiative, and accuracy in following recipes (available in English and Spanish). Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate commercial bakery equipment, and work in a fast-paced environment; training provided and opportunities for advancement. Must be 17+ and have or obtain Washington State Food Handlers permit; flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
