Notary Support Specialist (NotaryCam)

Provide operational support to clients and notaries throughout the signing request and real estate transaction process, covering pre-closing, in-progress, and post-closing stages. Execute a wide range of support functions to assist departmental processes by following clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks. Solve straightforward problems using existing procedures with minimal need for discretion while utilizing basic communication skills to address internal and external stakeholders. This individual contributor role works under direct supervision with little autonomy, performing all duties as assigned by management. Training spans approximately three weeks from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern, followed by a regular schedule of 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Eastern.
