Job Summary
Prepare and execute notarial deeds independently, focusing on real estate, corporate, and inheritance law. Communicate with clients, authorities, and partners via phone, mail, and in person. Draft powers of attorney and authentications based on notarial instructions while managing deadlines, file organization, and cost calculations according to GNotKG. Coordinate and follow up on notary appointments. Full-time or part-time availability. Located in Wiesbaden.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Notarfachangestellten (m/w/d)
- Sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und Freude am direkten Mandantenkontakt
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Notariatssoftware und MS Office
- Zuverlässigkeit, Diskretion und Teamgeist in einem anspruchsvollen Umfeld
