Job Summary
Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative environment across home, center, or school settings, with 1:1 and group supervision from experienced BCBAs; learn and apply clinical best practices across six core domains: assessment, intervention, communication, documentation, program design, and ethics; participate in professional development and progress through the Elevate three-stage model (Emerge, Empower, Ascend) with milestone-based wage increases and tuition reimbursement up to $20,000; aim to graduate to a BCBA role via internal promotions and post-certification support; position supports a full-time schedule including afternoon/evening hours; compensation is market-based with staged hourly increases, and Centria provides full benefits and an Equal Opportunity Employer statement.
Required Qualifications
- Active enrollment in (or completion of) a master’s-level ABA program (verified before start date), or a completed master’s degree with enrollment in (or completion of) an ABA course sequence.
- Strong desire to grow into a BCBA role within a values-driven care model
- Ability to work full-time, including availability for afternoon and early evening hours
