Sales Leaders engage with Guests to recommend merchandise, while supporting management, recruiting, and training. Sales Team Members are responsible for greeting Guests and providing exceptional service. There are opportunities in Operations for managing promotions and coordinating freight. Visual Merchandising involves partnering with leadership to plan store layouts and create product design flows. Alterations may be performed by a Seamstress/Tailor on a part-time basis.
