Job Summary
Support customers via phone, email, and chat while resolving inquiries efficiently and maintaining high satisfaction. Provide accurate information using internal systems and collaborate with multicultural teams in a customer-focused environment. Monday–Friday shifts run from 08:00 to 17:00 with a gross salary of 1,100€ plus bonus and relocation support.
