Job Summary
Provide the highest level of support to customers via phone, email, chat, and social media channels. Deliver accurate information using established procedures while owning each query to ensure timely resolution. Build meaningful relationships by answering questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner. Meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets. Follow management direction and provide feedback on team performance. This role requires native or fluent Norwegian (C2/C1) and intermediate English (B2), along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Required Qualifications
- Native or fluent level of Norwegian (C2/C1)
- Intermediate level of English (minimum B2) both verbal and written
- Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
- Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
- Be located in Greece
