Job Summary
Linguists sought to support current and future foreign language and linguistic requirements for Yorktown Systems Group (YSG) and The Unconventional (TU). Responsibilities include interpretation in in-person and virtual settings, translation of written/electronic/audio/video materials, document review/editing, and delivering foreign language instruction in classroom or virtual environments. Additional linguistic services may be required. This evergreen requisition covers multiple language support roles across the YSG/TU portfolio for current and future opportunities, including work on government contracts.
Required Qualifications
- LSS qualifications: CAT I/II/III with ILR requirements in English
- Ability to provide interpretation, translation, transcription, and other linguistic services
- Experience in foreign language instruction to adult students
- Consecutive interpretation and accurate translation between English and foreign language
- Familiarity with local culture and customs
- Ability to work under high pressure and travel as required
