Norway Country/Technical Sales Manager Food Ingredients Distribution

Analyze market and supplier product ranges to identify new potentials, then develop and execute tailored sales strategies for food ingredients across Norway's food and beverage industry. Conduct customer visits, perform lab and small-scale trials, and manage production implementation projects while negotiating deals and following up on payments. Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers, create value propositions, and align sales strategies with category managers. Manage sales budgets and forecasts, solve technological problems, and discover customer needs. This role requires founding a limited company with CFO support and involves high travel. You will benefit from annual internal and abroad training.
