Norton Energy Drilling

Drilling crew role on an energy drilling operation near Levelland, TX. Responsibilities include making connections while drilling and tripping, changing bits, cleaning and maintaining the drilling rig, assisting in rigging down, moving and rigging up all parts of the rig, and miscellaneous tasks such as mixing mud, digging ditches, and location cleanup. Work is on 12-hour shifts with a 7-on/7-off schedule. Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions and reside within a 6-hour radius of Levelland, TX. No experience required; training will be provided. Physical demands include vertical lifting up to 100 lbs and horizontal pushing/pulling up to 125 lbs. Strong communication skills and the ability to perform duties in inclement weather are needed.
