Job Summary
Conduct inpatient neurology care at Long Island Jewish Forest Hills Hospital with a one-week on/one-week-off schedule and no ambulatory responsibilities. Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care within a 312-bed community teaching facility designated as a Level II Perinatal Center and a New York state-designated Stroke Center. Participate in multi-disciplinary teams and academic activities including grand rounds and case discussions with experts across subspecialties at Northwell Health's Institute for Neurology. Maintain an academic appointment at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell while delivering integrated health care to over thirteen million people annually in the New York metro area and Connecticut.
Required Qualifications
- M.D. Degree from an accredited institution (ACGME or foreign program that is similarly appropriately accredited)", "Completion of Neurology residency", "Must be Board Certified", "Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed as a physician in the State of New York
