Northland Heavy Equipment Estimate Reviewer

Review and negotiate 1st and 3rd party auto physical damage claims for heavy/specialty equipment; prepare and document accurate vehicle/equipment damage appraisals and Actual Cash Value/Replacement Value according to regulatory and corporate guidelines; electronically audit estimates using specialized estimating software; collaborate with assigned Claim Professionals throughout the claim lifecycle and coordinate with heavy equipment resources, subrogation, and SIU as needed; demonstrate knowledge of heavy/specialty equipment terminology and repair techniques; maintain ongoing communication with customers and teams, and pursue accurate claim resolution. Requires high school diploma or GED and at least one year of heavy equipment or auto appraisal experience; ongoing professional development (I-CAR, ASE) encouraged.
