Northgate Internal Medicine Physician

Conduct comprehensive medical services for patients in both practice and hospital settings, including history and physical examinations, routine exams, and treatment program management. Initiate treatment via prescriptions, diagnostic tests, and procedures while reviewing lab results to plan actions. Provide regular communication with referring physicians, patients, and families, and participate in quality, patient satisfaction, and performance improvement initiatives. Educate patients and families on wellness habits, prevention, and health care needs, and coordinate referrals to nurses, psychologists, and other professionals as required. Maintain confidentiality and comply with safety policies and reporting requirements.
