Job Summary
General Manager for Northern Tap House in Woodbury, MN leading restaurant operations, team development, guest experience, and financial performance. Responsible for hiring and coaching management and hourly teams, maintaining staffing levels, leading pre-shift and manager meetings, ensuring hospitality standards, resolving guest feedback, and upholding health, safety, and regulatory compliance. Drives budgeted sales, labor targets, and cost controls; analyzes P&L statements; manages cash handling and financial records. Oversees vendor relationships, inventory, equipment upkeep, and SOP adherence; partners with marketing to execute local promotions and community initiatives; mentors assistant managers and supports growth and succession planning. Strong focus on leadership, operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and community engagement to deliver memorable dining experiences.
